contents of artwork

+ i reserve the right to refuse any commission requested of me.+ i will immediately refuse any requests that are inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise infringe on the rights or wellbeing of others.+ i can't do full furries, sorry. :(+ i definitely shy away from drawing male characters, but that doesn't make it an instant no! ask and i'll let you know!+ no mechas, heavy armor, intricate weapons, heavy gore, or explicitly sexual content.+ i am not comfortable drawing fanart of celebrities (including internet celebrities like vtubers or youtubers) and will likely refuse.+ i am ok with fanart, but it does depend a little on the media! ask!+ artistic or light nudity is fine! please don't make me draw fetish art or something though thank you

payment

+ i only take payment upfront and will start when invoice is paid! please keep this in mind.+ i will send an invoice to you! i will not do family & friends payments.+ square or paypal only!+ prices are in USD.+ price might change if a work is very complex. i will communicate this upfront when discussing with you!+ there is no physical work being shipped, it is entirely digital.+ no chargebacks once the work has been started, if you need to cancel or would like a refund, please let me know and see the below cancellation terms!

process

+ please allow at least 3 weeks for me to finish after payment, i have a generally quick turnaround time but life happens!+ work may take longer than the specified time depending on complexity and workload.+ please make any deadlines clear from the beginning! i'll be certain to be transparent with you on if it's doable for me.+ .png files are delivered through google drive! for pngtuber assets, frames will be delivered if animated!+ you will be immediately notified of delays!+ if i, for some reason, have to cancel, you will be immediately notified and given a full refund.

revisions

+ up to two revisions! there may be additional charges if it's very major.+ tiny revisions are fine within reason. :)+ once lineart has been completed, only minor revisions.+ revisions might make a work take longer!

rights & usage

+ on my end, i maintain the copyright, ownership, distribution, and intellectual property (not including character design) of the work.+ i am not going to sell the work i do for you as a print, sticker, etc.!+ on your end, you have exclusive, non-transferable usage rights. personal use only!+ personal use means: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization such as profile pictures, banners, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels, excluding use in content of these websites or channels.+ pngtubers are included in personal use. :)+ please provide credit for artwork in posts, bios, etc. depending on the context.+ please no edits or modifications without discussing first!+ usage of work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools; platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.

cancellation

+ cancellation before i start gets you a 100% full refund!+ cancellation after i've made progress is a 75% refund!+ cancellation during the lineart stage will result in a 40% refund!+ no refunds after lineart has been finished!+ like i said before, if i cancel or can't finish it, you get a full refund!
